Like most organizations, we have normal schedules that keep our organization running as smoothly as possible and allow our membership to enjoy the club.

These are the generally observed schedules: (as of 01/08/2026)

Note - Visitors are welcome during our monthly open house sessions, usually held on the last Saturday of the month from 10:00am to 2pm, check our Upcoming Events page for details. .

Normal Operating Sessions are Scheduled at the following times:

• Every Thursday night from 7:30pm 'til 10:30pm (except holidays)
• Every Saturday night from 7:30 'til 10:30pm (except on open house weekends and holidays)

Normal Monthly Business Meetings are Scheduled at the following times and days. Please check your calendars and ours:

• 1st Thursday of every month - Board of Directors meeting 7:30PM to 8:30PM (except holidays)
• 2nd Thursday of every month - General Membership Business meeting 7:30PM to 9PM (except holidays *)
• As needed meeting are scheduled with membership of each scale as projects and issue arise.
